As part of a wider operational audit conducted by AREA across three Build-to-Rent sites in Sydney and Melbourne, AREA’s Procurement Team undertook a procurement investigation to understand the procurement standards expected by the client and assess the level of implementation by the operator.
AREA also provided a structured project plan to support delivery of the proposed stabilised budgets for Investa’s delivered sites, and provided mobilisation advisory on their sites further down their pipeline.
