Will joined AREA in 2026 and brings experience across procurement, cost analysis and operational delivery within multi-site real estate environments. 

Having managed multiple procurement exercises each month, Will has developed a disciplined and analytical approach to market testing, bid evaluation and cost benchmarking. He combines detailed quantitative analysis with a pragmatic understanding of delivery risk, ensuring client decisions are both commercially robust and operationally viable.

Will’s experience working closely with contractors, operators and senior stakeholders enables him to navigate complex decision-making environments with clarity and professionalism. He is particularly focused on driving value through structured procurement strategies, transparent evaluation models and proactive supplier management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from McGill University, and has a strong technical proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. When not working, Will enjoys a day golfing, or rallying on the tennis courts, as well as managing (or attempting to manage) his two miniature Dachshunds, Otis and Oakley.
