Waleed is a Junior Consultant who joined AREA in 2025 after completing his MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading, where he also earned a BSc in International Management and Business Administration with French.

At AREA, Waleed supports both the Procurement and Operational Oversight teams, providing procurement and financial advise and analysis for operational assets. He brings detailed knowledge and experience across all stages of the asset life cycle.

He works across the student housing, co-living, and wider alternative real estate sectors, contributing to acquisitions, valuations, and investment strategies while progressing towards his APC qualification. In addition, Waleed is involved in delivering centralised procurement solutions,helping clients streamline supplier engagement and achieve greater efficiency across their portfolios.

Raised in Amman, Jordan, Waleed brings an international perspective as well as strong linguistic skills speaking English and Arabic fluently, and French at a high level.

Outside of work, he is a Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys playing amateur tennis tournaments.
