Sophie has nearly ten years’ experience working across Operational Real Estate, with a particular focus on Co-Living and Build to Rent. Prior to joining AREA, Sophie has supported many facets of the asset lifecycle, from operational design through to stabilisation.

Her roles at companies including Grainger and Courtland have ranged from Senior Operations Manager to Mobilisation Manager and Analyst, giving her breadth and depth of experience across the financial and operational nuances of the living asset class. Sophie has been involved in mobilising both multifamily and single-family residential developments, helping to ensure smooth transitions and operational readiness.

Sophie has previously worked within Build to Rent consultancy specialising in operational design; combining her analytics & researching skills with her operational insight to inform building design. She is a qualified Fitwel Ambassador and understands how ESG considerations can be integrated into residential asset management.

Sophie has extensive expertise in operational strategy and leasing reporting, working closely with teams to improve processes and reporting frameworks. She collaborates with operational teams and stakeholders to support the delivery efficient residential operations.
