Karolina joined AREA in 2025, bringing experience across the alternative real estate sector in both the UK and continental Europe.

She began her career in 2021 and was previously part of the Capital Markets team at JLL, where she worked on a variety of cross-border real estate transactions.

Karolina holds a BA in Business Management and Languages from the University of Essex, as well as an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School. She is fluent in German, Polish, and English, and has working knowledge of Spanish - an asset that supports her ability to navigate international markets and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Outside of work, Karolina enjoys travelling, pilates, and exploring London’s food scene.
