Max joined AREA in September 2025 as part of the Brokerage team, specialising in living investments. He is continuing to build his expertise across the residential and operational living sectors, supporting clients through transactions, market analysis and strategic investment advice.

Max graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc inReal Estate before joining Newmark, where he completed a two-year graduate scheme spanning Asset Management, Lease Advisory, Valuation, and CapitalMarkets. During this time, he developed strong capabilities in financial modelling, underwriting, client communication and deal execution, alongside a comprehensive understanding of UK real estate markets.

Outside of work, Max is a keen sports enthusiast and a dedicated Chelsea season ticket holder.
