George joined AREA in 2025 after previously working at Lazari Investments Limited. Prior to this, he completed an MSc in Finance and Investment at Durham University, building on a strong academic foundation developed during his BSc in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University.

While at Nottingham Trent, George undertook a one-year internship at AXA Investment Managers within the Real Estate Asset Management division. During this time, he supported the management of two real estate funds, working closely with asset and fund managers on portfolio strategy and performance analysis.

George has a particular interest in the intersection of real estate and investment strategy and continues to develop his expertise in this space at AREA as an investment analyst.

Outside of work, he is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys playing football and golf, and is a dedicated Aston Villa season ticket holder
