Dani is a Director within AREA's Operational Services Division. Her role within AREA is to lead operational oversight workstreams for clients, auditing operating expenditure and enhancing revenue targets for clients through forensic analysis of marketing and digital strategies. With a background in leading the operations division of a scaled PBSA platform, Dani brings a dynamic blend of PBSA, real estate and commercial revenue expertise to the team.

With 12 years of real estate experience, Dani’s career began in the APAC region, focusing on house-and-land turn-key investments. She later relocated to the Philippines, leading the operational division of Australia's fastest growing home builder.  Returning to the UK in 2018, she took on a senior commercial and operational role within Abodus Student Living, helping to shape the platform’s PBSA strategy during a period of rapid growth.

Dani's background spans residential and commercial real estate, business scaling and operational excellence, digital marketing and commercial strategic advisory. She is passionate about bringing a dual-lens perspective - combining investor priorities with operational realities.

Outside of work, Dani is an active investor working with start-ups in different sectors, Including financial education sectors. Dani is also currently attempting to learn new languages in preparation for her future European adventures to balance out the years spent in the southern hemisphere!
